Military Leave

Memorial supports employees who are called to serve in the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, Public Health Service, or other uniformed services.

Eligible employees may take protected leave for active duty, training, or other qualifying service under USERRA and Florida law. During military leave, benefits may continue at the active-employee rate, limited paid leave may apply for certain service types, and employees are guaranteed reinstatement to their position or an equivalent role upon return. See HR Policy B-19 for more information.
