Memorial provides free basic life insurance at no cost to you:

• Coverage equal to one times your annual base pay + $10,000 (up to $50,000)
• Coverage limits vary by employee group:
• Up to $50,000 for staff and GME residents
• Up to $300,000 for administrative employees
• Up to $500,000 for physicians

You can also purchase:

• Supplemental life insurance for yourself (up to additional coverage limits)
• Coverage for your spouse and dependents (up to your own coverage amount)

Available to benefits-eligible employees after 30 days of employment.
