The CLEAR Program is designed specifically for adolescents who are struggling with substance use or experimentation. We provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate care that addresses the unique emotional, social, and behavioral challenges teens face.
The program combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a supportive, structured environment to help youth achieve and maintain recovery. Services include:
- Individual Counseling: One-on-one sessions focused on understanding the root causes of substance use and developing healthy coping strategies.
- Group Therapy: Peer-based support groups that foster connection, accountability, and shared learning.
- Family Involvement : Engaging caregivers in the treatment process to support healing and communication at home.
- Random Drug Screening: Used to monitor progress and support accountability in a respectful, non-punitive way.
Our goal is to help young people build resilience, develop healthy decision-making skills, and move forward with confidence in their recovery journey.

Our overdose prevention program provides immediate access to treatment for people with opioid use disorder who arrive at our psychiatric emergency department (ED). A multidisciplinary team, including an ED physician, trained behavioral health nurse, clinical pharmacy specialist, peer specialist and licensed clinical social worker quickly assess patients. The team provides screening, intervention and referral to our medication-assisted treatment program.
By identifying people at high risk of drug overdose death, we can help them get the treatment they need to stay safe. As part of our overdose prevention program, we provide Narcan® (naloxone) to those who need it.
People with alcohol or opioid addiction often need specialized medication treatment along with other therapeutic treatment. Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program provides both.
You’ll work with a psychiatrist for use and monitoring of medications (buprenorphine/naloxone or long-acting naltrexone). As you work through the stages of treatment and begin to taper off medications, we’ll continue to manage your cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
At the same time, you’ll participate in intensive outpatient therapy, including both individual sessions and peer group support. We support your long-term recovery by coordinating all aspects of your care. We can connect you with primary medical care, housing and vocational assistance, and help navigating drug court and child welfare programs.
Babies born to mothers with a substance use disorder can face serious health challenges. This is especially true for babies born with neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) due to mom’s opioid use during pregnancy.
Our Mothers in Recovery Program addresses the needs of both moms and babies during pregnancy and after birth. We work with moms to provide the supportive, nonjudgmental care they need during this difficult time.
Our dedicated team creates an individualized care plan to meet each mom’s needs. Treatment might include:
- Inpatient detox and stabilization
- Integrated care from social workers, psychiatrists, obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine specialists
- Medication management
- Outpatient group and individual therapy, including dialectical behavior therapy
- Support services to help you stay in recovery
Our STAR Outpatient Program treats adults 18 and older experiencing addiction to alcohol, opioids and other substances of abuse. Addiction often affects people with other mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder. To help you recover from a dual diagnosis, the STAR Program takes a whole-person approach to treatment.
During your first visit, you meet with a licensed clinician who performs a comprehensive assessment and creates a care plan. For your next visit, you meet with a psychiatric provider who is an expert in addiction medicine.
The STAR Program is an intensive six- to eight-week treatment program. During treatment, you will:
- Attend group therapy sessions three to five days a week
- Meet with your individual therapist once a week
- Receive medication-assisted treatment if needed
- Maintain your sobriety by stepping down into our one-day-a-week aftercare program
- Receive random drug testing to help you stay on track with recovery
