About Me
I am a clinical psychologist at Memorial Neuroscience Institute, where I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic medical and neurological conditions. My work centers on helping patients navigate the complex emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany these health concerns.
In addition to providing direct care to patients, I also offer guidance and support to family members who are serving as caregivers. I help them navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of caregiving by equipping them with tools and education to better care for their loved ones—and themselves.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and evidence-based, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. I primarily offer short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy in a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment. When appropriate, I also conduct psychological evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of a patient’s experience and to guide treatment planning.
What drew me to this field—and continues to inspire me—is the power of connection. I’ve always been fascinated by people’s stories and the way that a strong therapeutic relationship can lead to real change. I strive to create a space where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges.
Most importantly, I want every patient to know, they are not alone. Whether they feel overwhelmed by a medical diagnosis, life transitions, relationship issues, or everyday stress, I’m here to help them find clarity, support, and a path forward.
