About Me

I am a board-certified neurologist at Memorial Healthcare System, where I treat stroke, neuropathy, headaches, dementia, movement disorders and a variety of other conditions. I am also fellowship trained in interventional pain management and perform headache procedures, such as Botox and nerve block injections.

Practicing medicine combines my interest in health and science with the opportunity to help those in times of need. I chose neurology because of the unique ability to determine where a problem is occurring in the nervous system through a detailed medical history and comprehensive neurological exam.

I am particularly drawn to the methodical and analytical approach that neurology demands. I enjoy connecting a patient’s symptoms and exam findings to understand what is happening in their body and make a diagnosis. This level of clinical reasoning is intellectually rewarding to me, and it continues to shape my interest in the field.

My approach to care is centered around two major pillars: empathy and evidence. I believe excellent healthcare involves giving patients the same level of care that you would expect your family to receive. That’s why I work hand-in-hand with my patients and their support system to achieve the best possible outcomes.
