About Me

I am a healthcare executive at Memorial Healthcare System, where I optimize patient care through re-imagining workflows for clinicians and care teams. Additionally, I’ve been a practicing physician for two decades, and I'm double board certified in family medicine and clinical informatics.

My expertise in operations, informatics and data-driven process changes has led to nationally recognized organizational transformation. For example, because of my work in wellness informatics, Memorial Healthcare System was awarded the American Medical Association’s Joy in Medicine Award in 2024.

I'm committed to breaking down barriers to care for my community and am an avid promoter of medical education. In addition to my roles at Memorial Healthcare System, I'm a clinical affiliate associate professor at the Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.

Additionally, I cofounded Primary Care Haiti, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing evidence-based training to medical professionals throughout Haiti. Because of this work, I received the Memorial HERO of the Day and HERO Heart of the Community award as well as the Community Award from South Florida Digital Alliance.
