About Me
I am an allergy and immunology specialist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Memorial Healthcare System. I care for patients with various conditions including but not limited to atopic dermatitis, asthma, food, drug and other allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis, chronic urticaria, mastocytosis and primary and secondary immunodeficiencies.
I was drawn to a career in medicine by the personal relationships, interactions and ability to help others. I enjoy spending time with my patients, getting to know them and being able to help talk through any of their fears and concerns. I am trained in pediatrics and have a special place in my heart for children. I love hearing about their day and ensuring that they have an enjoyable visit.
Before joining Memorial, I spent time doing research at the National Cancer Institute, helping families in rural Taiwan and educating families about hepatitis B prevention with the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University. As such, I am passionate about working with families of all kinds of backgrounds and doing more work for the community.
When I am not working, I love traveling with my family, visiting new countries, experiencing new things and eating new foods.
