About Me

I am an allergy, asthma and immunology specialist at Memorial Healthcare System, where I care for both adults and children with conditions such as asthma, allergies, eczema and other immune-related disorders. I also help patients manage food and drug allergies, immune deficiencies, hives, sinus disease and other complex conditions that require specialized care.

My interest in medicine began as an undergraduate majoring in human nutrition, where I became fascinated by how food and the immune system influence overall health. That curiosity led me to specialize in allergy and immunology, a field that allows me to help patients manage chronic conditions and improve their quality of life.

I truly enjoy getting to know my patients and their families. My goal is to understand the whole person, not just the condition they have. During each visit, I take time to listen, answer questions, and explain things clearly so patients feel informed and comfortable. Seeing patients gain control over their asthma or allergies and return to their daily lives without constant worry is the most rewarding part of what I do.

In addition to patient care, I’ve presented my research at national conferences and contributed to published studies focused on improving treatments for asthma and drug allergies. My professional interests include immunotherapy, innovative approaches to asthma management and helping patients live healthier, safer lives. I also enjoy mentoring medical students, residents and fellows as they develop their own careers in medicine.
