I am a hematologist and oncologist at Memorial Cancer Institute where I specialize in solid tumor oncology, gastrointestinal malignancies, and general hematology.

We’ve seen tremendous growth in the oncology field, especially for those with GI cancers, where more and more patients are benefiting from the treatments that are available. Even when we cannot cure the disease, we have more options than ever to help people live as long as possible with a better quality of life. 

Here at Memorial, we look beyond each patient's disease and see them as the whole person that they are. We consider their needs, lifestyle, and other factors when devising their treatment plan and guiding them through treatment and survivorship. There is no better feeling than telling a patient they are in remission and seeing them have a high quality of life.
