Alicia Seife

Alicia Seife, MD
Hometown: Havana, Cuba. I moved to Miami at 14 years old.
Undergraduate: University of Miami
Medical School: FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine
Interests/Hobbies: Travel, photography, salsa dancing, family and puppy time.
Why Memorial: I chose Memorial because the diversity in South Florida has shaped who I am today, and I want to give back to this community. I love working at a place that values families and their role in patient care while striving for medical excellence. I am confident that at Memorial, I will find the tools to be a kind and compassionate physician who will heal the body and soul.


Alfredo Borges Garnica

Interests/Hobbies: Outdoor sports including Soccer
Why Memorial: I choose Memorial Healthcare System because as a community-based program, they can address and promote positive health behaviors and wellness for the obstetrics patients as well as the entire family. As part of the Memorial family, I’m going to interact with a very diverse population within a program that seeks excellence in patient care and high standards in Resident training.

Hometown: Born and raised in Brasília, Brazil. I moved to Hollywood, FL in High School.

Medical School: Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia PA
Interests/Hobbies: Spending time with my family, surfing, going to the beach, traveling, food, coffee and cats.
Why Memorial: I chose Memorial for its commitment to community engagement, focus on delivering outstanding patient care, and dedication to serving our diverse South Florida population. I am confident that being part of Memorial will provide me with invaluable learning experiences and opportunities for professional growth. The supportive environment, diverse patient cases, and access to cutting-edge resources at MHS will enable me to enhance my skills, expand my knowledge, and develop into a well-rounded OBGYN prepared to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my future patients.


Lindsay Celentano

Lindsay Celentano, MD
Hometown: Norwich, Connecticut
Undergraduate: Northeastern University
Medical School: Florida Atlantic University
Interests/Hobbies: Triathlon, scuba diving, cooking, reading, walking with my husband and two French bulldogs.
Why Memorial: I completed the majority of my medical school rotations at Memorial and had such a fantastic experience. From the beginning it was clear that all the providers at Memorial care so deeply about all the patients as well as their family members, and really strive to give back to the entire community. Furthermore, the camaraderie among team members here is unmatched. I look forward to training in a supportive environment where patient care is the priority.

Nathalia Aldana

Nathalia Aldana, DO
Hometown: Born in Cali Colombia and moved to Miami when I was 12 years old.
Undergraduate: Johns Hopkins University
Medical School: Nova Southeastern University College of Osteo Medicine
Interests/Hobbies: I love cycling, traveling with my family, eating desserts and watching foreign dramas on Netflix.
Why Memorial: I chose Memorial because of the great service and interactions my family has had with this institution over the years. I have also enjoyed learning about and helping the community Memorial Healthcare System serves throughout my medical education. I could not think of a better place to begin my OBGYN training, where I can continue to make strong connections and have a great impact on women’s lives.

Interests/Hobbies: Reading, swimming, dancing, photography, cooking and baking.
Why Memorial: I chose Memorial because it offers the opportunity to immerse myself within a community of educational leaders and interact with a unique patient population, which will help shape the delivery of my care to women for future generations. The ability to train within a healthcare system that exhibits such a strong multidisciplinary approach to learning and provides a supportive environment for growth are qualities that I admire within the Memorial Healthcare program.


Alexis Reynolds

Alexis Piccoli Reynolds, MD
Hometown: South Florida
Undergraduate: University of Miami
Medical School: University of Texas Medical School at Houston
Interests/Hobbies: I love spending time with my family, friends and dogs. When I am off you can find me either enjoying the outdoors, going to Broadway musicals, taking a Zumba class, or at Disney.
Why Memorial: I chose to pursue a career in OB/GYN because I wanted to empower women in the same way I was empowered by the women in my life growing up. It is a specialty that allows me to make an impact both in the hospital and in our community. I am excited to be starting my journey with Memorial and look forward to watching us grow these next few years.

Undergraduate: Bellevue University Medical School: Michigan State University - College of Osteopathic Medicine
Interests/Hobbies: Vegging out with my family, traveling or binge-watching international drama.
Why Memorial: It was really important to me that I feel welcomed and supported during residency and I got that impression during my interviews with Memorial Healthcare System. Additionally, Memorial Healthcare System serves a very diverse population of women which would provide me with exposure to a variety of women’s health issues.

Adelaide Agyepong, MD

Interests/Hobbies: Nail art, baking desserts, outdoor activities such as biking, running, and hiking.
Why Memorial: Memorial Healthcare System services a large portion of South Florida and I feel that this will allow me to be exposed to a diverse patient population during my training. Additionally, the faculty and staff I interacted with during my interview were extremely welcoming and have been a great representation of all my hospital interactions.

Interests/Hobbies: Being with nature, baking, indoor planting, Latin dancing, watching Spanish films, going out to eat with family and friends and playing/reading with her baby girl.
Why Memorial: Growing up in South Florida, Memorial hospital was my childhood hospital. My first experience with patient care was as a teenage volunteer at Memorial. My family and I were treated with respect and received wonderful care. It’s an honor to give back to the community that helped shape me into the female doctor that I am today.

Interests/Hobbies: Eating out, exercising (note the eating out), volunteering, travelling and spending time with her husband.
Why Memorial: I chose Memorial because the staff and patient population here reflect the world that we live in today: diverse and culturally rich. I feel confident that at the end of my training here, I will be in a position to treat women from all backgrounds and walks of life.
