The Cancer Recovery Program collaborates with Memorial Cancer Institute and other local oncology/cancer programs to support you throughout your cancer care journey. As you regain strength and endurance, our clinical exercise physiologist will help you overcome physical and emotional challenges, such as loss of strength or endurance, anxiety, and fatigue.

Our team understands that you may need specific exercises or support to feel your best as you navigate your cancer treatment and beyond. We help you build your confidence and make sure you are comfortable with the exercises in order for you to return to a full active lifestyle.

Our clinical exercise physiologist will develop a fitness plan just for you. Our experts will make recommendations for increasing your exercises based on your individual goals, medical history and fitness level.

Our Cancer Recovery exercise program includes:

  • Cardiovascular exercise (aerobics)
  • Flexibility training
  • Mobility training
