I am a psychiatrist at Memorial Healthcare System where I treat patients with a full spectrum of mental health illnesses and concerns. This includes major depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and substance use disorders.

I became a doctor because I wanted to heal those in pain and I enjoy the process of using deductive reasoning to arrive at a diagnosis. I began to focus on behavioral health as I discovered a passion for improving the lives of those suffering from mental illness.

My favorite part of my job is working with patients. I love having the opportunity to work with a beautifully diverse population representing the South Florida community. I get to meet interesting people every day and learn about their lives, so every day feels different.

When working with patients, I am an active listener who takes into account all aspects of their lives as complex human beings. Every person is more than a diagnosis and working together, I hope to help you overcome challenges and pain to improve your life.
