I am a psychologist at Memorial Healthcare System. I work with children, adults and parents of children with cystic fibrosis. I also work with children with craniofacial conditions, and other adolescents living with chronic or progressive illnesses.

I was drawn to a career in psychology because I love learning about how the mind works and helping people think more positively during difficult and challenging times. Even when we are facing hardships, I believe we can find ways to grow and change our lives for the better.

I really enjoy working with children and adolescents living with chronic illnesses and helping them as they strive for independence. I help them find ways they can gain control over their condition and build a fulfilling life.

I also love working with parents who are struggling to balance their child’s needs with their own. During our appointment, I offer them some time to focus on themselves and help them find sustainable ways to balance their needs with that of their children's.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and three children. As a South Florida native – I’ve lived here my whole life – I enjoy getting to serve this community that I call home.
