About Me

I am a board-certified, fellowship-trained pulmonologist and critical care specialist at Memorial Healthcare System. I provide comprehensive pulmonary care for smoking cessation as well as a broad range of respiratory conditions, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung nodules, sleep apnea and other lung diseases.

Medicine has always felt like a natural calling for me. From a young age, I was drawn to the opportunity to continuously learn, connect with people and make a difference in their lives. As I progressed in my medical training, that early sense of purpose grew into a deep appreciation for the privilege and responsibility of caring for patients.

Pulmonary medicine allows me to care for patients in a variety of situations. I value the combination of detailed evaluation, complex problem-solving and meaningful patient relationships that this specialty provides.

I believe excellent medical care goes beyond treating a diagnosis. Quality care involves educating patients, addressing their concerns and helping them feel empowered to be active participants in their own health.

My goal is to help patients better understand their condition and improve their health and quality of life. That’s why my approach to care is built on understanding each patient as a whole person. I strive to listen carefully to my patients and work with them to develop a treatment plan that is right for them.

  • Advanced diagnostic procedures: Performs advanced procedures, such as navigational bronchoscopies and endobronchial ultrasound-guided biopsy, to diagnose and stage lung disease
