Flu Prevention & Recovery Tips Memorial Urgent Care

Memorial Urgent Care Center physicians say the best way to prevent the flu is to get a flu shot. They recommend washing your hands and covering your cough to help prevent the spread of the flu. If you think you have the flu, stay home from school, work or public places, particularly if you have a fever. To recover from the flu, Memorial Urgent Care Center physicians recommend getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of water to stay hydrated.
