Schedule NowOur freestanding, 24/7 Emergency Care Center provides outpatient emergency care in a convenient location. Patients are usually seen and treated in shorter time frames than in traditional hospital emergency rooms. The goal is to have patients on their way in two hours or less.
Outpatient emergency care services include:
- High-quality care for a wide variety of injuries and illnesses
- Medical attention from a specially trained medical staff when your primary care physician is not available
- Around-the-clock service and care, even on weekends and holidays
- Family care for all ages on a walk-in basis or by appointment
- IV fluids and medications administered
- Full lab testing services X-rays for broken bones, fractures, and dislocations
- Ambulances on-site should you need to be transported to receive a higher level of care

How does Memorial Pembroke 24/7 Emergency Care Center bill for services?
1. Memorial Services and Facility Fees
After your visit, you will pay a facility fee that covers Memorial’s hospital charges.
- Insured: Co-pay (contact your insurance)
- Self-Pay / Uninsured: Billing is based on five levels of service (see chart below).
2. TeamHealth Physician Fee
You will receive a separate bill from TeamHealth for emergency physician services. Call 1-888-952-6772 for billing questions.

| Level 4: Evaluation by a doctor of one or two health problems with laboratory testing, if needed, and/or one complex procedure such as an X-ray, stitches, splinting, or removal of a foreign object. | $500 | $357 |
| Level 5: Evaluation by a doctor of one or more health problems with laboratory testing, if needed, and/or one or more complex procedures such as an X-ray, stitches, splinting, or removal of a foreign object. | $600 | $500 |
