Russel Palmer, MD

Dr. Russel Palmer is board-certified in general surgery and plastic surgery. He earned his medical degree from University of Miami Medical School in 1980, and completed his internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center the following year. Dr. Palmer completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 1985, and in 1988, his fellowship at UCLA Medical Center.
