Memorial Healthcare System Certified as a Great Place to Work for Third Consecutive Year

Fostering a workplace environment rooted in opportunity and employee satisfaction has long been a priority for Memorial Healthcare System. This is the third consecutive year Memorial has received this coveted national recognition, certifying that its workforce values its efforts.

Based in Hollywood, FL, the healthcare system, which employs almost 17,500 caregivers, was honored by Great Place To Work®, a global leader on employee experience, leadership behaviors, and workplace culture. This award was based on feedback from a random sample of current employees about their experiences at Memorial and an independent analysis of the company's culture, which concluded:

In the recent employee sample, 8 out of 10 employees said that Memorial is a great place to work. Additionally, 88% reported feeling proud to tell others they work for Memorial. The results also showed that 90% felt welcomed when they joined the organization, and an impressive 93% said they feel good about the way Memorial contributes to the community.

This certification follows on the back of a recent Press Ganey survey completed by almost 14,500 staff, which saw Memorial pass national benchmarks in employee engagement.
