The Outpatient Nutrition Program offers personalized nutrition plans to address conditions such as weight management, heart health, diabetes, food allergies, celiac disease, and gastrointestinal issues. Available to individuals aged 18 and over, the program provides expert nutrition counseling from registered dietitians. Tailored, evidence-based plans help patients meet their health goals and make sustainable lifestyle change.

The program’s approach focuses on educating patients and their families about advanced methods to enhance nutrition and well-being. By customizing nutrition education and counseling to each patient, the dietitian will provide patients with a comprehensive wellness strategy.

“My favorite thing about the program was the practicality of it. Meeting Veronica and the team, they made everything so simple and easy for me to follow, and I’m still able to eat my favorite foods and feel better for it.” Nathalie also recommended others see a dietician if they feel the need. “It’s only going to help you and only going to help you feel better and achieve your nutritional goals.”
