Our Laboratory professionals deliver the specialized expertise that helps inform the diagnosis, treatment, and care of illnesses and injuries. We know that behind every lab test is a patient who depends on us for timely and accurate results. That’s why we aspire to consistently deliver the Five Rights of Laboratory Testing: performing the right test on the right patient at the right time for the right indicators, leading to the right diagnostic decision.

Our laboratories play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the safest, most technologically advanced patient care in the nation. We invest in automation and standardization and build strong clinical partnerships, such as our association with Moffitt Cancer Center. We also seek Clinical Laboratory Technologists and Laboratory Assistants with varied skill sets and interests – computers/IT, process improvement, Quality Control, preventive maintenance, and specialty certifications. We feature comprehensive laboratory capabilities and offer opportunities to grow into a wide variety of areas, including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Cytometry, Hematology, Histology, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology. In all we do, we are consistently focused on continually enhancing our overall care.

Memorial Rehabilitation Institute provides highly specialized care for a full range of diagnoses, including complex multiple traumas, stroke, and brain injury. Our dedicated team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Rehab Technicians. Inpatient, outpatient, and acute care opportunities are available at all of our hospitals, with dedicated inpatient care positions at the Rehabilitation Institute at Memorial Regional Hospital South. We also have a home health team and resources for long-term care at Memorial Manor, and we offer therapy for pediatric developmental diagnosis through Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.

No matter what Rehab area you work in, you’ll be supported by the latest in clinical advancements. This includes such technologies as Vector and LiteGait® body weight offloading systems; Bioness Integrated Therapy System (BITS) interactive upper extremity robotics system; Rehab ReWalk; Bioness H200 and L300; Armeo-Spring 3-D interactive arm and hand therapy system; and the C-Mill virtual reality treadmill.

Patients depend on our team for the best in evidence-based care and innovative therapies, such as inhaled nitric oxide, high-frequency oscillation, and invasive and non-invasive ventilator support modalities. Opportunities exist for motivated Registered Respiratory Therapists and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technicians with the skills to provide high-quality service in various settings, including the Emergency Department, Trauma, and Critical Care.
