Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital will host the Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Support (PFCCS) course on September 24 and 25, 2026.
Overview
The purpose of this course is to train intensivists, RNs, RT, and pharmacists to recognize critical illness and initiate care for the critically ill pediatric patient. This course combines lectures, case-based discussions, and hands-on skills stations to enhance the provider's understanding of critical care principles and improve confidence in managing pediatric emergencies across a variety of clinical settings.
This course offers CEUs and CMEs and provides participants with the knowledge to initiate timely interventions during the initial management of pediatric emergencies and throughout the progression of their care.
