Where does labor pain come from?

Natural techniques to help cope with labor such as: Active, Passive & Progressive Relaxation, Breathing Patterns, Touch and Massage, Environmental Influences, Aromatherapy, Music, Hydrotherapy, Labor & Birth Positions, and Back Labor is discussed.

Medical Interventions for Labor & Birth: Intravenous Fluids, Inducing Labor, Fetal Monitoring, Narcotic Analgesics, Epidural, Spinal, and General Anesthesia, Episiotomy, Vacuum Extractor Assisted Birth.

There will be a Q&A session at the conclusion of the webinar.

Also, included free in this registration: Labor Rehearsal in person class, an interactive session to practice with your partner what you learn in the comfort measures section of this class. You will receive the registration link from the instructor at the end of the Labor Comfort Techniques & Epidural Online class presentation.
