Memorial Fitness Centers feature a variety of weight loss and wellness programs to help you make healthy lifestyle changes. Most services do not require a doctor’s referral.

Body Quest ® Weight Loss Program

Body Quest is a 12-week customized fitness program that helps you lose weight, gain strength and flexibility, and improve your heart health.

What to Expect

Body Quest includes:

  • Personal training in 24, one-hour sessions
  • Lifestyle coaching by phone, email or face-to-face
  • Nutrition advice from a registered dietitian
  • Assessment by an exercise physiologist (an exercise doctor)
  • Free one-month membership to Memorial Fitness Centers upon completion of program

Body Quest is offered at both Fitness Center locations.

Personal Training

If you need help starting or maintaining an exercise routine, check out our personal training services. Our team includes certified personal trainers who can help you make the lifestyle changes that will get you closer to your health goals.

Nutritional Counseling

When healthy eating is your biggest challenge, a nutritional consult might help. Our team includes a registered dietitian who offers one-on-one sessions for meal planning education and advice. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or adopt healthier eating habits, we work with you to make it happen.
