  • Please bring your photo ID and insurance card with you, along with a list of all the medications you’re currently taking

  • Make sure you arrive at your scheduled time so we can prepare you for your procedure
  • Please verify that the information on your patient ID bracelet is correct when you receive it
  • Our team members should all wear ID badges, introduce themselves and explain what they’re doing, as well as wash their hands when caring for you
  • Read over any medical forms our team members give you, and be sure you understand them before signing
  • Most of our procedures involve anesthesia or sedation, and you may need to rest for a few hours for observation
  • Make sure a friend or family member is available to bring you home after your procedure. Someone should also be home with you after the procedure for however long is recommended by your doctor.
  • Depending on your procedure, you may not be able to eat or drink for a few hours afterward
