We improve the quality of life for adults and their caregivers by providing a sensible, affordable alternative to residential care. Our experienced Certified Nursing Assistants, Activities Coordinator and Nurse/Director ensure that days are filled with a variety of supervised recreational and therapeutic programs in a safe and caring atmosphere.
We offer compassionate care, stimulating activities for all levels of ability, outings, education, community involvement, plus lots of fun!
Caregivers are encouraged to tour the facility and attend our support groups. A free guest day is included to see if the program is right for you.

7:30 am-6 pm
Full Day: $80/per day (includes lunch)
Half Day: $40/per day (includes lunch)

I cannot begin to express how phenomenal the staff at Memorial Adult Day Care Center treated my mother, who has early-stage Alzheimer’s. They have weekly field trips, a daily walking club, and offer fun activities like Zumba and live music. I love this place and highly, highly recommend it.

A: The Memorial Adult Day Care Center is available to those individuals who should not be left alone during the day because they are confused, suffer memory loss, have a physical handicap or have a medical condition which requires supervision.
A personal interview is conducted by a registered nurse to evaluate the functional, emotional and mental status of the individual to determine if the program is appropriate.
A: While each program participant must continue to be seen by his or her personal physician, the Memorial Adult Day Care Center offers select health services, including:

- Individual/family information and referrals
- Individual nursing assessment
- Medication supervision
- Nutrition monitoring and counseling

Programs are designed for the individual needs of the participants. The safe, pleasant environment promotes a feeling of belonging and encourages participation. A hot noon meal is served in a social dining atmosphere, often improving appetites.
A: The Memorial Adult Day Care Center offers a support group for caregivers, which is open to the public. Information and referrals to community services are offered free of charge as well.
A. Yes, meals are included in the daily rate of attendance.
The center is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Child and Adult Food Care Program. Meals will be available at no separate charge to enrolled eligible participants at the center regardless of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation.
Participants eligible for free and/or reduced-price meals must complete an application with documentation of eligibility information including number and names of all household members, Social Security Number of the head of household/primary wage earner or adult signing the application or an indication that a household member does not have one, total monthly household income or Food Stamps, SSI, or Medicaid identification number, and the signature of an adult care center participant.
