RN Refresh to Acute Care Track

Update Your RN

Memorial Healthcare System’s RN Refresh to Acute Care Track is a fellowship for nurses not currently working in the field. Maybe you’ve been out of nursing for a while or never had the chance to put your RN to use. This RN refresher program gives you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to practice in an acute care setting.

Why Choose the RN Refresh to Acute Care Track?

A track in Memorial’s RN Fellowship Program , the RN Refresh updates your nursing knowledge for today’s acute care work environment. This program is for nurses who want to transition to or reenter the acute care field.

As an RN fellow you will:

  • Develop critical thinking skills: Learn how to think on your feet, make decisions needed to care for your patients and thrive in an acute care setting.
  • Gain professional development knowledge: The field of nursing is constantly changing. With the RN Refresh track, you learn the latest advances and put them into practice.
  • Advance in your career: Acute care nursing roles are varied and challenging. You’ll expand your expertise and your opportunities.
  • Increase your confidence and competence: Fill in your knowledge gaps and feel good about your ability to deliver care to your patients.
