About the Speaker

Fran Drescher, star of the ‘90s sitcom The Nanny, was diagnosed with uterine cancer in June 2000 and started the Cancer Schmancer movement, a nonprofit organization that works to ensure that women's cancers are diagnosed in their early stages when they are most curable. She is a cancer survivor and healthcare advocate.
