Memorial Healthcare System employees should follow these guidelines during Tropical Storm Fay.

• All essential personnel are to report to work as scheduled on Monday, August 18, and Tuesday, August 19, 2008.

• All non-essential personnel may report to work as scheduled Monday, August 18, and Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Employees should not travel unless they feel it is safe to do so. However, if non-essential personnel will be absent or late to work they should report it in accordance with departmental policy. Please communicate with your supervisor or department leader.

• Childcare will be provided for school-aged children on a 24-hour basis at each hospital.

• The Memorial Day Care Center will remain open and maintain their normal hours of operations.

• If you have additional questions, please call your department leader or designee.
