Memorial Healthcare System Closes Primary Care Centers For Tuesday, August 19

Due to Tropical Storm Fay, Memorial Healthcare System will close all Memorial Primary Care Centers on Tuesday, August 19. Patients can reschedule their appointments by calling Memorial Centralized Scheduling at (954) 985-5885.

The following centers will be closed Tuesday, August 19:

Memorial Primary Care Center in Hollywood, 4105 Pembroke Road.

Memorial Primary Care Center in West Hollywood, 6214 Johnson Street.

Memorial Primary Care Center in Dania Beach, 140-A South Federal Highway.

Normal operations for the Primary Care Centers will resume on Wednesday, August 20.
