GME Program Director, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program

Jeremy Jacobs, DO, is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He earned his medical degree at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, in 2010. He completed his internship in family medicine and neuromuscular medicine at Florida Hospital East in Orlando in 2011. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident, in 2014.
