Pharmacy Scholarship Program
Memorial Healthcare System has established a Scholarship Program to assist students in the pursuit
of a pharmacy career.
Pharmacy Scholarship Criteria For:
- Florida A&M University
- Nova Southeastern University
- Palm Beach Atlantic University
- Nova Southeastern University
Eligibility:
- Students must be in the third year of the pharmacy program to apply for the scholarship.
- Student must have a 2.5 GPA or above
- Scholarship recipients will receive a maximum of $18,000 toward their education.
- The graduate pharmacist must commit to work for MHS for three years or pay back the scholarship. Placement may be at any of the Healthcare System facilities and work schedules are based on hours that best support services at the time of hire.
Applicant Instructions:
- Complete the application forms.
- Request that the college or university forward an original transcript to the address listed on the application.
- Provide three letters of recommendation, one which should be from a member of the faculty at your present college/university and preferably one from a current or past employer.
- Include any other supporting documents you feel would further enhance your position. (Example: academic, recognition or leadership awards.)
- Upon receipt, the scholarship coordinator will review your information, and if selected, you will be invited to participate in a personal interview.
