Socially Active Youth

S.A.Y. is a support group for teenagers (10-18 years old) with physical disabilities who are cognitively intact. Teenagers will learn strategies to overcome daily struggles while being socially active with others. This group allows the opportunity to share common thoughts, feelings, and ideas for problem solving in a friendly and fun environment.

When and Where:

Meeting the last Friday of every month at 6-7pm,
Memorial Hospital West Outpatient Rehab.
