Adult Mobile Health Center Schedule
The Adult Mobile Health Center delivers healthcare services directly to medically underserved and uninsured residents in South Broward. Services include initial primary and preventive health services, immunizations, lab services, a pharmacy and social services. In addition, patients will be referred to a Memorial Primary Care Center that will address their primary healthcare needs and provide a continuum of care.
Memorial Senior Partners Schedule
With locations in Hollywood and Hallandale Beach, Memorial Senior Partners is a dynamic social and wellness program that offers a variety of exercise classes, health screenings, lectures, special events and more for adults age 50 and over. A one-time fee of $25 provides access to the benefits.

The Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital Mobile Health Center delivers healthcare services directly to neighborhoods and schools throughout South Broward. Free or low-cost pediatric healthcare services include physical examinations, vision and hearing screenings, immunizations, and primary care physician referrals.

Leeza’s Place at Memorial Hospital Pembroke
Leeza’s Place is an intimate and safe setting offering a wide range of educational and support programs for caregivers and those recently diagnosed with a memory disorder. It is funded by Memorial Hospital Pembroke, a facility of Memorial Healthcare System, as well as through private donations. All programs are provided free of charge.
