Memorial Hospital West Fitness & Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Memorial Hospital West at 703 North Flamingo Road. The campus is on the east side of Flamingo Road, south of Johnson Street and north of Pines Boulevard.
Driving Directions
From Interstate 95 (I-95), take the Hollywood Boulevard exit west. Make a right (north) on Flamingo Road. The Memorial Hospital West Fitness and Rehabilitation Center is located on the north side of the hospital campus.
From the Florida Turnpike, take the Hollywood/Pines Boulevard exit west. Make a right (north) on Flamingo Road. The Memorial Hospital West Fitness and Rehabilitation Center is located on the north side of the hospital campus.
From Interstate 75 (I-75), take the Pines Boulevard exit east. Make a left (north) on Flamingo Road. The hospital campus entrance is on the right.

There is parking available in the parking lot across from the Fitness and Rehabilitation Center entrance.
