A New System. A New Skill Set.
Whether physician or nurse, coder or manager, practice manager or administrative staff, becoming proficient with ICD-10 will require specialized learning. Engage: ICD-10 at Memorial will support you by providing this training. Details for specific required training for all impacted MHS employees will be provided later this year.
In the interim, we've organized this learning page to give you easy access to Memorial's additional learning resources. Should you choose to educate yourself further on your own, these will be useful sources to supplement your internal training. Several MHS staff members will receive required training targeted to their functional areas/roles in the Spring and Summer of 2014, prior to the actual compliance date of October 1, 2015.
Self-education obtained outside Memorial Healthcare System is encouraged, but it will not replace any MHS required training.
Please check this page frequently as we will be updating it periodically with information about ICD-10 training at Memorial.
